Kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?
- There is a right of return for standard articles. The right of return does not apply to composite articles, custom-made or specially produced this applies to all mattresses, box springs, bed bases and beds).
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. During this period you can return the order unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. (See 14 day cooling off period)
- If your purchase is damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service department within 7 days. They will help you immediately.

Zijn er kosten verbonden aan het retourneren?
- If your purchase is damaged or incomplete, customer service will further assist you to resolve it free of charge.
- If you decide to abandon your purchase within the 14 days of receipt, all you have to do is contact us to handle the return.
- The return costs will be borne by the buyer. The buyer can be responsible for the return via parcel service or can use the service of the seller, who will charge the minimum cost for the return.
